  • Tenant picks their own insurance agent
  • Minimum Policy Coverage: $1,000,000 per occurrence 
  • Additionally Insured & Certificate Holder

Turbo Tenant Portal Setup

Turbo Tenant is our Tenant Portal where you will pay rent, submit maintenance requests & communicate with Landlord/Admin. 

Commercial Occupancy Inspection

  • Create or log into your account through the city of Seguin's Development Services Portal 
  • Complete Commercial Occupancy application 
  • Before completing tenant will needs documents listed below.
